A HEALTHY AND QUICK DESSERT OF MANGO, BANANA AND YOGHURT WITH GINGERBREAD
Something delicious, something quick and something healthy. Delicious dessert of mango, banana, yogurt, crushedhomemade crumbled gingerbread . If you do not have one, you can use any other cookie. I recommend multibe. A great idea for a second breakfast or afternoon tea. Dessert is beautifully presented, so pleasantly surprise your guests.
(2 large portions or 4 smaller ones)
1 ripe banana
1 thick natural yoghurt (about 300ml)
2 homemade gingerbreads (or other cookies – I recommend multi-cereal, digestive) – skip quite in the "no sugar" version
Mix the mango with banana to a smooth mousse.
Put into the glass alternately: crushed gingerbread, yogurt, mousse.
