    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team can assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit is $100.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.

    Rent can be paid through the ResMan online portal.

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    The base rent includes a $10 parcel fee, $25 valet trash, $32 amenity fee, and $8 pest control fee.
